Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with CuminCart. We strive to deliver high-quality products sourced directly from trusted farmers and regional brands across India. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food and grocery items, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

You may request a return or refund if:

  1. You received a damaged, defective, or expired product
  2. You received the wrong item
  3. An item was missing from your order
  4. The product was spoiled or unsafe to consume at the time of delivery

We cannot accept returns for:

  1. Opened or partially used food products
  2. Perishable items that were not stored properly after delivery
  3. Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions
  4. Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  5. Gift cards or promotional items (non-refundable)

2. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at cumincartonline@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product
  3. A brief description of the issue

Step 2: Review

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Step 3: Resolution

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  1. Replacement of the product
  2. Store credit
  3. Full or partial refund, depending on the issue

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order fails to deliver due to:

  1. Incorrect shipping address
  2. Recipient unavailability
  3. Refusal to accept the package

We are unable to issue a refund for perishable items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders may be cancelled before they are packed.
  2. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Exchanges
